In order to send emails, your pixx.io system needs a stable connection to an email server.
Users of pixx.io team and pixx.io team pro will generally already have an email server configured that is operated by pixx.io. If you are experiencing problems sending emails, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Users of pixx.io server, and also in some cases users of pixx.io team pro, have configured their email server. If you are experiencing problems, first carry out an SMTP test (email server connection test). You can do this under Settings > Server & email > Email setup by clicking Email test.
If you receive an error message, there are a variety of reasons why this might be the case:
|Your computer is not connected to the Internet||Please connect your computer to the Internet|
|Your email server is currently unavailable||Please check that your email server is available or contact your email provider|
|Your email server is not accepting requests from external senders||Please change your email server’s configuration|
|Your email server is unable to send encrypted emails||Change your settings in pixx.io to use port: 25 and deactivate the SSL/TLS button|
